Harper's Choice Village Center

This project involved the renovation of the existing Harper's Choice Village Center in the Columbia, MD. The new construction activities included retail storefronts, tenant sign bands and signage throughout the center, exterior plaza walkways, installed landscape beds, exterior parking lots with site lighting and landscaping. We also provided ADA upgrades to the stairs and entrances.

Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. completed this project on time in nine (9) months and within budget while keeping the retail center open during construction.
