Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) provided general contracting services for the renovation of an existing storefront façade. Construction activities included demolition, structural steel and structural metal stud framing for the storefront including EIFS to match other storefront facades at the center. PCCI provided the new masonry piers which were set to match existing center piers. This project was to remain in complete operation while construction took place, therefore, forcing PCCI to be creative and flexible in understanding monetary and time restraints some clients may have.
