Briggs Chaney Shopping Center 
Silver Spring, MDOwner: Saul CentersArchitect: Rounds Van Duzer This project consisted of the exterior façade renovation of the existing Briggs Chaney Shopping Center. Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. performed the exterior demolition of the existing façade as well as the new structural stud framing, sheathing and Hardi Plank Siding and EIFS crown work.
