Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. completed construction for the this upscale residential neighborhood in Maryland. Construction work included grading, site improvements, site utilities, swimming pool construction,
recreational amenities and building construction. The community center included the following components:
neighborhood center with meeting rooms and offices
pool equipment rooms
pool bathrooms, showers and changing rooms
new Olympic sized swimming pools with a beach entry
spa pool and wading pool
extensive landscaping and hardscapes
ornamental shade structures
tennis courts
children’s tot lot
volley ball courts
