PROJECT MANAGER  85K – 115K

Progressive Contracting Co., Inc is a full service commercial general contractor based in Sanford, NC with both private and public contracts ranging from $1mm up to $6mm.  The reputation of our company and quality of our projects demands strong, attentive, and pro-active project management skills.  We are seeking an organized, analytical and professional individual who can take full source responsibility for estimating and managing commercial construction projects.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Project scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project.
  • Strong commercial estimating and take-off experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Superior time management skills.
  • Developed client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while providing routine updates to senior company management.

 

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction project management, strong verbal/written communication skills, be honest, presentable, dependable, with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

    CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT   50k – 80k 

    Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction
    Computer skills preferred

     

     

    Candidates must possess strong supervisory skills and ability to motivate a diverse subcontractor base, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with all types of construction, be proficient with reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plan drawings and specifications, and have basic knowledge with the use of computers and MS Office programs.  Candidate must also be self-motivated, dependable, have dependable transportation, be able and willing to self-perform small tasks when needed, and be very detailed and quality oriented.
