PCCI was contracted by CCNC (Country Club of North Carolina) to work on a team build project to remove their existing halfway house and construct a new, slightly larger building to augment the Club’s member experience.
This simple, single story, 5,771 sf wood framed structure is punctuated with rough sawn wood vaulted ceilings in the Dining Room and Gathering Room, ceramic tile flooring accents, and boasts a full kitchen as well as bar. The new golf venue is also home to the expanded Pro-shop as well as day use locker rooms. The exterior facade is broken up by over-sized brick, concrete siding in varying exposures, and storefront glass windows.
