Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. (PCCI) was the general contractor for this new 30,000 square foot new drug treatment center. The facility included 120 beds complete with lounge and recreation rooms, bedrooms, bathroom facilities, classrooms, offices, and a full cafeteria style kitchen. PCCI provided the construction the site improvements including a new parking lot, site lighting curbs, landscaping and sidewalks.

Unique to this facility was the decision to use a fully automated hydronic heating and cooling system that will provide long-term energy efficiency savings. Gaudenzia is a completely self-sufficient short-term residential care center. The completed project provides a self sufficient short term health care facility that helps its clients to re-enter the work environment after their rehabilitation is complete.
