Manor Inn Renovations

The Manor Inn first opened in 1923, and almost 100 years later PCCI began and completed the renovation of the historic Inn. During the construction process, PCCI completely transformed the 43 room Inn, modernizing the hotel while still maintaining its classic charm.  All that remained after the renovation of the hotel from the 1923 Inn is 15-20% of the original interior framing and the exterior stucco. The project included working with a vast array of trades and subcontractors, ranging from the custom wood balusters/newel posts at the reframed grand staircase to the complete modernization of the original elevator. Collaborating with the owner, architect and interior designer throughout the entire construction process, PCCI was able to maintain a strict construction schedule and complete the renovation of the 36,100 square foot hotel in less than one year. The fully renovated Manor Inn is now a truly incredible interior space with unique finishes, sleek features, the North & South Bar, Library, Cask Room, and special event spaces.
