Washington, DC
Owner: Eurest/Compass Group
Architect: GTM Architects
The Navy Yard project involved a complete renovation of a mid 1800’s abandoned United States Naval Warehouse that manufactured cannons used on battleships. The space was converted into a food court/town center. Various restaurants, banks and other retail stores have located here to provide a one-stop shop experience for approximately 11,000 military personnel on the base. Progressive Contracting Company, Inc. provided construction services and worked extensively with the Owner and the Architect to provide a quality project.
The project included:
- Seattle’s Best Coffee
- Au Bon Pain
- Sbarro’s
- Coyote Jack’s
- GNC
- Bank of America
- Outtakes
- Starcuts
