Wayne’s Bar-B-Que was a conversion from an existing tenant into a restaurant complete with dining area. The interior of the space had to be
completely demolished prior to fit-out of the new floor plan. Improvements included commercial grade kitchen, capacity seating in the dining and bar area. Decorative finishes that matched Wayne’s BBQ identity were also installed.
